The people that give me therapy are 100%. They’re some of the best I’ve ever seen, and I have had therapy before in other places. I even tried to stay there, but of course, I couldn’t because I didn’t make enough money. I gained weight, so that tells you something. They had bingo on Wednesdays and yoga on Thursdays. You can go in there any time you want to and read books or do puzzles.
My father is now in August Healthcare at Richmond. The facility is a little bit dated. They’re just about to start a massive renovation, but the plans looked good. They get to know the person that’s in there, and the nursing staff is quite good.

Both were dismissive, offered no apology and offered no solution to prevent the incident from occurring with us or another patient. A friend of mine recently looked into Autumn for their loved one and was told upon admission they would be sheduled for a meeting to discuss the facility and expectations. Glad to know something good came out of the wrong, the bad and the mishandling of my parent and the safety concern.
I can’t say enough about Covenant Woods. Everybody was so good, the facility was very clean, and the food was excellent. They have PT, OT, and all kinds of activities. He could not participate much because he has Parkinson’s and dementia, but he participated in some things. They had a lot of activities for seniors. I think it’s very good for assisted living seniors who are still able to do things for themselves.

The College has received federal emergency funds that will be awarded directly to students. Success is ONE part elbow grease and TWO parts good education. I didn’t realize I was in a nursing home. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Mother was sent for rehab from Henrico Drs. So mother went an evening and night with no medications after a quadruple bypass heart surgery. The staff we observed were ok when you were face to face but were all yelling and arguing in the halls and at the nurses station.
